Blogger's spam-bots thought that my blog was a blog-bot. So apparently I am so very unoriginal that I am a robot. See it is true, television and not eating your vegetables makes you a drone. Or maybe I am just fooling you all and I am a fem-bot come to observe humans and one day take over this planet! Muh ha ha ha!!!

Anyway, I am writing my final blog for this Learn 2.0, and I know I am excruciatingly late with it. What can I say, I'm a procrastinator, I have a bad memory, and my off desk time is used up by claims returns, emails, and off desk duties. So here I am in August finishing this thing that should have been done weeks ago. AND I won't be able to email anything to anyone yet because I am a robot. Bloody robots.

Hmm, anything else to report? I didn't tile my floor, but I did paint it and have put up shelves and moved some of my stuff out of my mom's living room and kitchen. Work is work, as it always is. I don't want to go back to school in a couple weeks but apparently it is the "best" thing for me to do, so says the world at large. And I am trying to figure out what to do with my life. Oh, and the other day I and a friend communicated with a being from one of the lower planes, who called himself the devil, but I don't believe him.

I am supposed to write two more blogs to make my ten. I am not quite sure what to say...random things I suppose.
I would write about the awesome video the branch I work at put together for the Staff Day event...but if word gets out someone might snatch up the idea...and I don't want to contaminate the think tanks out there.
So what else is there? I cut off all my hair. My shoulders hurt. I am going to tile my bedroom floor tomorrow. I am going to eat some ice cream and go to bed.

I am on the final week though. So you want to know what I am going to do with an MP3 player, huh?
Well, I already have an Ipod, that I store all of my music on. But I suppose that is all I would really use the MP3 for as well.
I won't use it for audio books because I absolutely hate listening to them. How can I enjoy a book if I am not reading? Sorry all you who love the audio book, I just can't get into a story, into the character's shoes, if I am not reading, it is probably a concentration issue.
So, yeah, more storage for my growing music collection.

And I am completing this...eh, I don't mind.
Anyway, I liked both LivePlasma and MusicMap, the only difference I really noted in my search is MusicMap gave a wider variety in genre related to the search, where as LivePlasma if you search for a rock group it pretty much produced only bands from that genre. Both good tools though.

As far as the whole sharing music thing goes I am on the fence. I definitely understand the musicians point of view. They are artists and creating something, and though they would like to share it, it is also how they make a living. It is somewhat disrespectful. I mean if you stole a Munch (which has happened by the way) or a Dali or a DaVinci and you were caught you would be arrested, so why not have the same risk involved when it comes to music? Then again I...well, maybe I am just going to plead the fifth. Or how about this...I have known "people" who are "guilty" of burning music for their own personal use. However do I think they should be thrown in jail or stuck with a hefty fine? No, I don't...so, yeah, my opinions on this fight amongst themselves.

So this has grown on me a bit...

I must admit in general I hate sitting in front of a computer for too long. However, thus far this 2.0 process has grown on me. I do find it interesting, though some of these things I was already familiar with, and it has been...oh no, dare I say it...fun? Yes, I admit it, I am having a bit of fun looking through some of the information introduced here...there, my confession is out.

I definitely enjoyed looking through the Catster site, which had some crazy cat videos.

I really enjoyed looking through the sites, especially What Should I Read Next? and BookMooch.
BookMooch in particular reminded me of something near my Grandma's house in Connecticut. At the local trash yard there was a shed on the same property, and inside people brought all their old, unwanted books and could take as many as they wanted. Most, like my Grandma, would take a book, initial it after reading it, then return it for others to read.
BookMooch, the online Book Shed. Very exciting.

So I have pretty much completed Week Four.
This is all very interesting, I do enjoy the sharing of creativity, especially the silly creativity.
However, I am getting a head ache from sitting at this computer. So I think I must abandon this for now and go DO something.

I have always hated "surfing" the Internet. Unless I have a distinct, exact purpose for being online I just don't.
Thus, though this activity of adding RSS files was easy, it was frustrating because I was searching for non specified listings.
