There is a new face approaching the indie underground rap scene Baby Southside aka Da Midwest Don of this fast growing urban culture of project home recording business with underground rap being as deverse a genere with many sub catagories from the Chicago indierap & hiphop underworld of musicians emerges another star who’s style flow and produciton skills has yet to be defined.

A Home studio engineer/Artist/Ceo Baby Southside has been on the underground gangsta rap scene recking microphones and making beatz since the late 80’s early 90′ Baby Southside was Born and raised on the Southside of Chicago Englewood, Wild Wild 100’s.

I started out as a graduate from University of the Arts with a M.M.A degree in Audio and Video Media Arts since fresh out of college in 2003 I been on the underground scene building Websites and blogs and working with other home studio producers who share the same goals who making beatz, recording albums and working toward their passion for makeing good music and building a strong music publishing network while establishing business relationships with the good like minded musicians and enterprenuers along with a few acts who I picked up along the way who share the same dreams I formed the record label South Bound Swervin Entertainment.

My music career started started at the 7102 building on Jeffery blvd in the south shore area he then ventured to local entertainment spots and open mic rap battles @ Sub – Terraneans located on North Avenue & Damen Mondays @ 11:00pm sharp at one of Chicago’s known music Hubs for Independent Hiphop and Rap Entertainers Baby Southside has recorded 3 albums
