Obesity in children should be treated early

America is known world -wide for our obesity epidemic. Some call the obesity epidemic a diesease of “prosperity”. A  recent local online publication  reported on a local non profit program that teaches kids excercise and life lessons  thorough cycling. They are focused on disadvantaged  middle school children in public school that often times have little physical activity in school. This contributes to childhood obesity.

A picture is worth a thousand words...and memories

A holiday wish is supposed to be something that is magical and when fulfilled create a lifetime of memories.
