Loosing Weight Before Summer

I didn't do my exercise today again because I was busy doing my Body Butter. I feel somewhat guilty since I promised to do my daily exercise to loose weight before summer. And here I am, breaking my promise again.

I need to loose weight before summer so I can wear my old summer clothes. I want to feel light and a little bit sexy this summer. Besides loosing weight, I can feel something unhealthy inside me, so I need to watch the food that I eat.

I need to increase the lenght of time of my daily exercise and at the same time, reduce the amount of food that I take. I also need to focus on eating food less in fats and too much carbohydrates.

I really hope to loose weight before summer.

I have not been exercising since last week because of cough cold with a terrible sore throst. But I will try my best to exercise today after I shipped this one order. I am pretty excited to exercise today because I bought two The Firm exercise DVDs. I bought it only for CAD$4.99 each while I usually buy this type of DVD for about UD$14.00 and above.

I like exercising by following The Firm exercise DVD. It's fun and it really work. I already have some of their exercise accesorries like the The Firm Fanny Lifter and Sculpting Stick, so I follow most of their exercise routines.

It saves me time and money to do my exercise by following different exercise videos. I don't have to go out to travel and pay for any fitness membership. All I have to do, is turn on my TV and DVD player, insert the exercise video and have fun.

I have been busy for the past two weeks in purchasing a new home for me and my family. I am also busy at work since we are required to come for overtime during the weekend. Plus I have been receiving orders which I have to process once I receive it for good customer service.

This is the time when always loose my focus on loosing more weight sicne my mind is more focus on something else. Now that my mind is off from this house purchasing, I will try my best to put my mind back to focus on loosing weight. I need to eact food rick in fiber and start my regular exercise again.

I realized that there are so many Soap Makers that are selling their Soaps online. But there are only few who sell off the internet. I only see few natural soaps on grocery stores or department stores.

My thoughts about Natural products including the use of Natural Soaps, is limited until I tried using one. I am now making my own line of Natural Cosmetis because I know how beneficial it is not only for our skin but also for the environment.

Like the fun of making different colors for Mineral Makeup, I found a deep joy in creating different scent, design and color for soaps. I just love mixing 2 or more mixture of Fragrant Oil or Essential Oil to produce a unique scent.

I just love taking pictures of my finish products and post it on my website so everyone can see my creation. The fun of doing this have given me an enormous joy and receiving a compliment is another way to keep me more inspired to create more exciting products for everyone.

I finally made my very own Homemade Pure Natural Calendula Body Butter. It is made up of pure ingredients of 50% Calendula Herbal Oil, and 50% mixture of Cocoa Butter, Aloe Butter and Jojoba Oil. Added with Levender Essential Oil for natural mild scent and natural healing effect for your winter dry itchy skin.

I made this Pure Natural Calendula Body Butter to ease my terrible winter dry itchy skin. After melting all the butters and oil together, I simply mix it with a spoon while I am watching TV. I finally have all the ingredients that I will use for making my Homemade Calendula Body Butter for my terrible Winter Itchiness. My Winter Itchy Skin is terrible this year. Loosing Extra Pounds From Holidays

I gained weight this holiday and I guess of us do. But I am not lossing my hope that I will loose those extra pound before the month of January ends.

Fortunately, my job deamds to be physically active. I do a lot of walking at work so I will not have to worry about spending extra energy to loose weight faster. But I still prefer to exercise at least 4 to 5 types a week because it helps to keep my muscles lean by stretching. However, I have to accompany my physically active job with proper food to loose weight faster. Eating less carbs and more on fiber foods.

Maintaining Weight On Holiday

I have been struggling a lot in loosing weight for a couple of months and I will struggle more now that I am in 2 weeks vacation... lol... I try my best to be physically active so I do at least 45 minutes aerobics or dancing to start the day. I make sure that I do this everyday to keep my metabolism up.

I also bought a lot of fruits to remind me to include fruit on every meal for faster digestion. I am glad that someone gave me the Magic Bullet so it is easier for me to make big servings of fruits into a fruit juice in just a few minutes.

Well I guess this is the only thing I can share right now. I hope that at least, I wont gain weight this Christmas vacation.

I know every Christmas, everyone is struggling to stick on eating healthy food. But guess what? It's not bad to excuse yourself for one day. Just eat everything that you want to eat but keep it in moderation. Always include fruit on your diet to help you feel full. Food rich in fiber will help you metabolize those extra calorie. Exercise and it won't be hard to burn those extra calorie.

I have finally created the AloeShea Body Butter that I have wanting to create. I just love the way it completely remove my winter dry skin in just one use. This is the wonder of using pure natural skin care products. It simply work without a doubt.

Now I know the difference and importance of knowing who and where the products that I buy are made from. I was quite disappointed when I found out that supplier where I buy my mineral ingredients do not manufacture their finished Mineral Makeup particularly the Eyeshadow pallet.
