FDOC employees, Son Nguyen (3rd from right) and Minhhai Nguyen (3rd from left), received the FDOC Excellence Award for their work on the MADS Agile Software Team. The team was recognized for the completion and release of the MADS database software release 2.1.2, which automated engineering instruction data transfers; created a report for planned vs. actual SR labor hours; created a preventive maintenance report to expedite audit requests; automated warranty information transfers from vendor websites; and enhanced maintenance documentation inquiries.
