Church Planting Intensives

AC Professional Development presents the first of a two part intensive series on Church Planting, on 26-28 April 2012 at AC Sydney (Parramatta) Campus . This intensive series is a unique learning opportunity for pastors and ministry leaders across all denominations to develop thier vision and strategies for planting and sustaining healthy churches.

Lecturers for this series are Pastors Mark and Lina Cavallaro, who are AOG/ACC church planting mentors and directors of Global Frontier Inc. With over 28 years of full-time ministry experience, Mark and Lina have directed 12 successful church plants and 2 major building programs. Amongst their many projects, they currently pioneer a satellite church - Shirelive Bayside, in Rockdale.

2012 Student Missions Trip

June 20-July 4 2012 Student’s Missions Trip To India

AC invites you to consider joining the Student’s Mission’s team to India in 2012.

This is a great opportunity to experience a different culture and engage with a people that are very in tune with the supernatural. You will witness the power of God, see salvations, healings, miracles and have the opportunity to see both city and village life.

AC will be partnering with one of our graduates Pastor Marlo Philip in Delhi India, and Pastor Dayanda in Hyderabad for a 14 day missions trip.

Ministry will include;

Teaching in Bethasda Bible College, Delhi

Preaching in several Churches in Delhi & Hyderabad

Youth & Kids ministry

Village ministry, visiting a leper colony

Pastor’s Leadership seminar

Setting up a computer Lab in the Bethasda Bible College

Visit to the Taj Mahal

Accommodation, meals, transport, and flights will be organized by the Student Dean.

This trip is open to all AC students and is specifically and intentionally planned during the semester break.

We will be running a fundraising program to reduce the costs. The estimated cost is $2000

New SmartPath Diploma of Business

Alphacrucis College is excited to launch the SmartPath Diploma of Business in 2012. Offering a unique pathway to further university studies, this nationally recognised qualification is designed for recent high school leavers and mature age students who are pursuing a career in business or are looking at starting their own business.

Developed in conjunction with University of Western Sydney, the SmartPath Diploma of Business is a one year full time program that has no ATAR requirement, and presents graduates with the option of direct entry to 2nd year studies in a UWS Bachelor of Business and Commerce degree.

Alphacrucis College is excited to launch their new Certificate IV in Music course in 2012.

"There is no other course like this," said Daniel Thornton (pictured), the newly appointed Director of Music at AC. "This unique program addresses all the key facets of creating effective, anointed and excellent worship in today's Church."

Suitable for those at all different levels of musicianship, the CUS40109 Certificate IV in Music is delivered by Paradise College of Ministries at AC's new Parramatta campus, and is also available via online distance education.

Micah Challenge Australia Is seeking applications for three 1 Year internship positions in 2012. Working alongside Micah Challenge Staff in their respective areas, the interns will contribute to the purposes of Micah Challenge Australia While gaining exposure and developing their own gifts and skills in the faith based advocacy/development sector.
