The Legal Jobs Blog features job ads and articles concerning the legal job market. The site provides a place for lawyers, firms solos and companies seeking candidates with legal skills a place to post positions for free.

As you may already know, most jobs result directly from referrals, not responding to want-ads. In fact, a recent article in the Wall Street Journal stated that niche sites like this one help to improve the odds that your resume could land on a hiring manager's desk.

Please submit ads and/or openings via email to Kevin at (this domain).

Job searchers can subscribe to the RSS feed here.

Employers can post openings free of charge and avoid exorbitant headhunter fees. HR insider says: search firms can't screen resumes any better than you can. Another bonus is that you can be safe in the knowledge that you're getting the best & brightest; you can tell by the fact they're reading this blog.

Employees can post openings anonymously, pre-screen resumes and collect a referral bonus. No reason to let the money go to a recruiter.

Job Seekers can snag a job while avoiding the hassles of monolithic job sites and frustrating recruiters.
