<p>Rod N. Santomassimo is the founder and president of the firm.  Rod has nore than 20 years of commercial real estate industry experience, a solid financial background and a proven growth track record that has repeatedly led to increased individual and company revenue.</p>
<p>The Massimo Group is proud to include Cushman Wakefield, Marcus &amp; Milichap, Grubb &amp; Ellis, Sperry Van Ness, Studley, Colliers, Carter USA, CORFAC, NAI and scores of regional and local firms and/or their individual brokers among its clients.  Rod Santomassimo has been a featured speaker at a variety of local offices, regional conferences and CCIM’s National Conference, as well as the National Conferences for NAI Global, SVN, Grubb &amp; Ellis and the National Association of Realtors.  In addition Rod Santomassimo has been approved and selected as a featured speaker by the National Association of Realtors Commercial Alliance and its Signature Series.</p>
<p>Prior to creating the Massimo Group, Rod served a variety of roles in the commercial real estate industry including broker, owner, manager and executive level management for local, regional and national brokerage organizations.  His most recent position was Executive Vice President of Sperry Van Ness where he was responsible the general oversight of the organization’s franchise operations and the productivity of its 800 advisors.</p>
<p>Rod earned a Masters of Business Administration from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, in Durham, North Carolina. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia.  He is a featured guest lecturer at the Fuqua School of Business, as well as the Kennan-Flagler Business School, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.</p>
<p>Rod is a two-time recipient of the Duke University, Fuqua School of Business Impact Alumni of the Year Award based on his work with both graduate students and alumni in Building a Personal Brand and Creative Approaches to Secure Greater Client/Prospect Opportunities.

<p><strong>Bob</strong> <strong>McComb</strong> started his successful brokerage career in commercial property brokerage in the San Francisco market in 1983. He quickly rose to the ranks of top producer, representing owners of high-rise towers in the downtown market. He has been the leasing agent for the landmark building, the Transamerica Pyramid and scores of other buildings.</p>
<p>In 1991 he became founder of a well-respected commercial real estate company in San Francisco. As a top broker he has negotiated hundreds of transactions, and as an owner of a real estate company he has reviewed hundreds more.</p>
<p><strong>Bob</strong> was a regularly featured columnist for the Alameda Newspaper Group on the subject of commercial property and also provided columns for the Commercial Property Guide on the subject of negotiations. He is the co-creator of three popular and successful commercial real estate agent training programs,</p>
<p>Top Dogs, How to Run with the Big Dogs in Commercial Real Estate and How to Fast Track Your Commercial Real Estate Expertise and How to Create Top Dogs, an audio series for managers.</p>
<p>He is the author of Navigating Commercial Property Leases, a Tenant’s Guide to Commercial Property Leases, and The Field Guide to Commercial Property Investing.</p>
<p><strong>Bob</strong> is a highly sought after speaker on commercial real estate and has spoken for the National Association of Realtors and many of the major commercial real estate networks throughout the country.</p>

Bob McComb started his successful brokerage career in commercial property brokerage in the San Francisco market in 1983. He quickly rose to the ranks of top producer, representing owners of high-rise towers in the downtown market. He has been the leasing agent for the landmark building, the Transamerica Pyramid and scores of other buildings.

In 1991 he became founder of a well-respected commercial real estate company in San Francisco. As a top broker he has negotiated hundreds of transactions, and as an owner of a real estate company he has reviewed hundreds more.

Bob was a regularly featured columnist for the Alameda Newspaper Group on the subject of commercial property and also provided columns for the Commercial Property Guide on the subject of negotiations. He is the co-creator of three popular and successful commercial real estate agent training programs,

Top Dogs, How to Run with the Big Dogs in Commercial Real Estate and How to Fast Track Your Commercial Real Estate Expertise and How to Create Top Dogs, an audio series for managers.

He is the author of Navigating Commercial Property Leases, a Tenant’s Guide to Commercial Property Leases, and The Field Guide to Commercial Property Investing.

Bob is a highly sought after speaker on commercial real estate and has spoken for the National Association of Realtors and many of the major commercial real estate networks throughout the country.

<p>Dr. James W. Hughes is the dean of the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University, appointed to that position in 1995. He has been a member of the faculty since 1971. In addition, since 1988 he has also been the Director of the <em>Rutgers Regional Report</em> which, during its 23-year tenure, has produced 35 major economic/demographic/housing studies on New Jersey and the New York region.</p>
<p>He is a nationally-recognized academic expert on demographics, housing, and regional economics, and was a contributing editor to the magazine <em>American Demographics</em>. He is author or co-author of 33 books and monographs and more than 150 articles, generally focusing on housing, demographics and economic development patterns. Among these are <em>The Atlantic City Gamble</em> (published by the Harvard University Press), <em>The Dynamics of America&#8217;s Housing</em>, <em>America&#8217;s New Market Geography</em>, and <em>America&#8217;s Demographic Tapestry: Baseline for the New Millennium</em> (published by the Rutgers University Press).</p>
<p>He has provided extensive budgetary and economic testimony before many New Jersey State Legislative committees, and has provided numerous policy briefings both in Washington and Trenton on demographics, housing and the economy.  He was a Distinguished Fellow of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and has been awarded the Warren Hill Award of the New Jersey Bankers Association, the Rutgers’ Richard P. McCormick Award for Excellence in Alumni Leadership, the Rutgers Presidential Award for Distinguished Public Service, as well as the Distinguished Service Award of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Planning Association.  He has been both a Woodrow Wilson and Ford Foundation Fellow and has served as a consultant to numerous federal, state and local public bodies as well as to many private and corporate clients.</p>
<p>He was recently a member of Governor Christie’s Housing Opportunity Task Force.  In the past, he was on the NJ Governor’s Commission on Jobs, Growth and Economic Development, and the Governor’s Logistics Council.  He was on the Real Estate Task Force of the Governor&#8217;s Economic Master Plan Commission and was a member and Trustee of the successor commission: Prosperity New Jersey.  He formerly was on the Board of the E’Town Corporation (N.Y. Stock Exchange) and the Board of the Cali Real Estate Investment Trust (NY Stock Exchange).  He was also a member of the Board of Advisors of the Mack-Cali Real Estate Investment Trust (N.Y. Stock Exchange). Biography

Nahigian, FRICS, SIOR, CRE, MCR has forty years of real estate experience with thirty years exclusively in commercial and industrial as a developer, advisor, expert witness and broker of approximately $4.9 billion of real estate totaling 39 million square feet. He is recognized as a national leader in his industry; a frequent speaker;<br />
and invited columnist to newspapers.</p>
<p>Mr. Nahigian is Principal of Auburndale Realty Co. He provides brokerage/advisory and expert trial witness services to public agencies, investment portfolio groups and corporations in New England, Missouri,<br />
Ohio, California and Florida. He was appointed to the Mass. Highway Real Estate Appraisal Review Board by Gov. Patrick and elected by the Mass. RE Licensing Board to its Ed Subcommittee. He was elected and<br />
serves on the Advisory Acquisitions Committee for a NYSE investment firm.</p>

Robert J. Nahigian, FRICS, SIOR, CRE, MCR has forty years of real estate experience with thirty years exclusively in commercial and industrial as a developer, advisor, expert witness and broker of approximately $4.9 billion of real estate totaling 39 million square feet. He is recognized as a national leader in his industry; a frequent speaker;
and invited columnist to newspapers.

Mr. Nahigian is Principal of Auburndale Realty Co. He provides brokerage/advisory and expert trial witness services to public agencies, investment portfolio groups and corporations in New England, Missouri,
Ohio, California and Florida. He was appointed to the Mass. Highway Real Estate Appraisal Review Board by Gov. Patrick and elected by the Mass. RE Licensing Board to its Ed Subcommittee. He was elected and
serves on the Advisory Acquisitions Committee for a NYSE investment firm.
