To help keep focused, you can listen to meditations from the Dolorous Passion of our Lord Jesus Christ by Saint Anne Catherine Emmerich. St. Faustina was told by our Lord that "He who wants to learn true humility should reflect upon the Passion of Jesus." (267) Let us make this Lent a time of true preparation to receive the grace Jesus wishes to give us through his suffering, death and resurrection. Go to the Divine Mercy Podcast website and download all five decades of the rosary with meditations on the Sorrowful Passion. These Vatican approved meditation take you to the very events of the Passion of Jesus. Download each decade of the Sorrowful Mysteries by themselves and join me praying one decade each day during Lent. The complete uninterrupted rosary will be uploaded before Holy Week. Consider praying the entire Dolorous Passion Rosary each day of Holy Week. I pray these recordings will assist you in meditating on the Sorrowful Passion of our Lord Jesus Christ. I pray your Lenten preparation for the death and resurrection of our Lord is fruitful and brings you closer in Love to the one who is Love.</itunes:summary>

The Stations of the Cross can be used as a meditation for praying the Chaplet of the Divine Mercy. In this episode of the Divine Mercy Podcast, I discuss this meditation and talk about creating a separate Stations of the Cross recording. I also introduce the first E-mail segment of the Divine Mercy Podcast as I have finally received enough email to devote a segment of the show. Thanks to those who took the time to put "pen to paper" as it were and send your thoughts and prayers.

I was notified today that the music portion of the show had a glaring flaw, like total silence. I had made a slight technical error when I published the podcast but that has been fixed and this should sound much better.

Meditation before the Blessed Sacrament can be a wonderful experience. In this episode I will read to a meditation found online at the Eternal Father Eucharistic Adoration Chapel website. Please take the time to visit that site and to download a copy of the meditation for yourself.
