Log in to the control panel of your domain registrar and modify the DNS records according to your new eCommerce provider’s specifications. This update will seamlessly direct shoppers to your new store.
Because DNS changes can take at least 48 hours to fully propagate across the Internet, it is possible that some shoppers will continue to be directed to your closed store after the DNS changes have been made.

Not all hosting providers will allow or support externally purchased certificates. Working with Certs 4 Less as noted in Option 1 eliminates the risk of losing support and renewal services on your SSL after 2/1/2015.
Follow these steps to reissue a valid GeoTrust, Thawte or Symantec/Verisign SSL Certificate:
- Confirm your new hosting provider will allow you to deploy a GeoTrust, Thawte or Symantec/Verisign SSL certificate in their environment
- Once confirmed that they will support the external SSL, obtain a new Certificate Signing Request (CSR) as it is required to complete the reissue process
- Go to the User Authentication page for your certificate provider: *Symantec acquired Verisign in 2010. Certificates may be branded as “Symantec” or “Verisign” depending on purchase date.
- Enter the fully qualified domain name or common name (i.e. mydomain.com or www.mydomain.com depending how the order was submitted) or Order ID for the most recent SSL purchase
- Enter the email address used for the most recent SSL purchase
- Enter the 5-digit number displayed in the image
- Click Continue
- A list of all certificates that meet the Common Name and contact e-mail criteria will appear
- Click the Request Access button next to the order being reissued under the View Order Information column
- An Order Information Request email will be sent to the contact email address provided at the SSL purchase time within minutes
- Upon receipt of the email from the SSL provider, click the "To continue, please visit" link in the email to access the Manage Order page that lists the details of the certificate order
- Click the “Reissue Certificate” link on the left-hand side of the page

Can I still access, or retrieve archives of, my Magento Go store or customer information?
No. As previously communicated, access to all current or archived store and customer data, or store content and images, was terminated once the Magento Go platform was shut down on February 1, 2015.

Can I still access my Magento Go billing records?
You still have access to your Magento Go billing history.
Log into the Magento My Account dashboard here using your Magento Commerce My Account credentials. Once logged in, click on “Billing History” in the left navigation to view your billing records.
Note: Access your “My Account” dashboard through the “My Account” link at the top of the page on magento.com since you will be redirected away from any Magento Go pages you may have bookmarked.
Why don’t I see a January 2015 invoice for my Magento Go service subscription?
There was no January 2015 invoice for Magento Go subscription fees. Starting on 1/1/2015, we did not charge monthly subscription renewal fees and we stopped sending monthly subscription renewal notices.

How do I transfer out a ProStores dedicated domain that was either purchased through ProStores or transferred to ProStores to serve as registrar and host?
A ProStores dedicated domain is one where you might have:
- Purchased and registered a custom domain through ProStores
- Transferred an existing domain to ProStores to serve as registrar and host
If you have not yet transferred your ProStores dedicated domain to another registrar, it has been migrated to an eNom retail account to provide you uninterrupted administration access and control of your domain name now that ProStores has shut down. Information for accessing your new eNom retail account was sent to the email address on file for the domain registration. There is no cost to you for this migration.

For ProStores email users, you must update the MX Record in your DNS settings to point to your new email host if you wish to receive emails sent to your domain.
Update the MX Record using the control panel of your domain registrar to the specifications provided by your new email provider. Make sure that the MX Record is not set to: mymail.prostores.com
