Jaymes was born in Anchorage, Alaska, but moved to Arizona at the age of ten. She is of Czech, French, and Native American (Seminole tribe) ancestry. Her father worked as an undercover agent for the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). In school she studied art, classical piano, and writing. She still plays piano as a hobby. Her first job was working at a Taco Bell when she was 14. She graduated high school to attend college early, and graduated with her degree at the age of 18.
