 <description>&lt;p&gt;MCNC was recognized with a Full Steam Award by &lt;a href="http://wraltechwire.com" target="_blank"&gt;WRAL Tech Wire&lt;/a&gt; on Thursday night for being a company achieving success today where other companies have previously tried and failed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;WRAL Tech Wire's first "Full Steam Ahead Awards" was a salute to the best companies and technology leadership North Carolina currently has to offer. An overflow crowd of more than 250 people packed the Fullsteam Brewery in Durham for the event.&lt;/p&gt;
