ABOUT US
Dr. Kingsbury and his wife, Dianne, were both born and raised in Christ-centered homes and after becoming best friends in high school and surrendering their lives to serve the Lord they attended Bible college and were married in 1974. God blessed their home with eight children and numerous grandchildren. Following 47 years of pastoral ministry in one church, writing numerous books, and traveling to more than 40 countries preaching and teaching the Bible, Brother Kingsbury entered into an itinerant ministry bringing God's Word of hope and restoration to the hurting as an evangelist and missionary.
Paul and his wife, Dianne, are members of an Independent Baptist Church in the vicinity of their home in northern Illinois, and the Kingsbury's serve there when in Rockford.
Brother Kingsbury is now engaged in full-time service as an itinerant missionary/evangelist; author and friend to sinners seeking to know God and His Word; strengthening or restoring relationships that have been fractured by sin. He serves as the director of Restoration Care Ministries which is a ministry to assist local churches with the many facets of restoring lives.
PREPARING PEOPLE TO MEET GOD IS MY PASSION. EVERYONE DIES EVENTUALLY AND EACH PERSON WILL ONE DAY, AFTER DEATH, PERSONALLY STAND BEFORE THEIR CREATOR FOR JUDGMENT.
HOW CAN YOU PREPARE?
God's son, Jesus, came into this world twenty centuries ago via a virgin named Mary. He lived an absolutely sinless life but was put to death on a cross outside of Jerusalem at the age of 33. Then, three days later, Jesus rose from the dead. Forty days after His resurrection, Jesus returned to heaven in a supernatural way and that is His home today.

THIS BE?
According to the Bible which is God's Word, Jesus is the Christ which means that He is and was and forever has been and will be the Son of God and the only Saviour who can forgive our sins and accept us into heaven when we die. His coming to this world and death on the cross and resurrection was God the Creator's way of restoring a personal relationship with individuals that they might experience what the Bible calls SALVATION. Jesus voluntarily came and was crucified and rose again because He loves you!

Salvation is available to anyone who will honestly admit that they are a sinner; believe on the Lord Jesus Christ as their Saviour and call upon the Lord Jesus for salvation.

ABOUT OUR MINISTRY
God blessed me with a call to preach His Word in 1969 and with that privilege came the opportunity to study the Scriptures intently and this has been a part of my daily schedule since that day as a sixteen-year-old teen until today. for forty-seven I served as pastor of an incredibly wonderful flock of believers and, in addition to that, the Lord allowed me to assist in developing and overseeing an international addictions recovery program that took me across the United States and into many foreign countries presenting hope and help from Scriptures to hurting and defeated persons whose lives have since been transformed through the power of God's Spirit taking His Word; simply explained, then received and implemented personally. The victories continue to bless me immensely! Having written seventeen books and having preached and taught the Bible in nearly 20,000 sermons, my heavenly Father has now afforded me the opportunity of traveling as an evangelist to conferences, Christian camps, churches, couples retreats and recovery conferences; along with coaching individuals and couples through various "falls" that often beset God's people.
OUR MINISTRY
2025 World Mission Trip Invitations
Over the years many National Pastors and various American, Canadian, and missionaries from other countries have invited me to come and speak in church conferences, evangelistic meetings, and biblical training on restoration and overcoming stubborn sinful habits and addictions. As an evangelist now, these last two years have been especially fruitful and when I’ve needed to earn extra money to fulfill this calling to poorer brethren I have been blessed to engage in construction under the leadership of a dear brother in Christ in Kentucky; often building during the week and preaching nearby on weekends. At seventy years of age, this is no longer prudent.
Perhaps there are brethren who would be led by God to invest in these endeavors that I may say “yes” to these ministers. At this moment I am asking the Lord to provide that I may go to Bolivia, Trinidad, Liberia, and the Philippines in the first few months of 2024. These dates are set but tickets have not been purchased.
Preachers in South Africa and the Dominican Republic and Canada are also inquiring for this coming year.

PAUL’S MISSIONARY JOURNEY
SIX MONTH MISSIONARY/EVANGELIST MINISTRIES REPORT FOR PAUL KINGSBURY
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who prayed for us and for those who generously helped defray the expenses of traveling and ministering to our needy brethren in poorer countries who could not afford to pay for plane tickets and sometimes hotels and meals. Despite their financial constraints, I found these believers to be rich in faith, deeply sensitive to the Spirit of God, and responsive to His Word with tender hearts.
In January, I entered my third year of our exhilarating journey as an evangelist and missionary. Our mission focuses on assisting pastors in soulwinning, revival, church planting, leadership training, addiction recovery and restoration of fallen brethren. My wife, Dianne, is able to join me for most trips in the US and Canada. We are deeply grateful to Miss Pam Finch, a retired school teacher, who lovingly cares for our handicapped daughter when needed.
Over the past six months, I preached in 19 churches across the United States, Bolivia, Trinidad, Liberia, the Philippines and Argentina. I also taught block classes in three Bible colleges, reaching several hundred students both in person and online. We held two open air meetings among Muslim communities, distributing literature and witnessing a positive response. Additionally, I participated in three Bible conferences and a revival, covering 17 weeks of travel, with nearly fifty thousand miles on United Airlines and their Star Alliance partners.
Ministry in two new church plants yielded three souls for salvation and five others received Christ through personal evangelism or at the invitation following a church service. Praise the Lord! Eight individuals followed the Lord in believers’ baptism. Attendance varied from forty individuals to more than two thousand in a service and the Spirit of God was undeniably present and active.
The expenses for overseas missionary travel exceeded eleven thousand dollars. Nearly seven thousand dollars has been generously provided by individuals through Faith Baptist Church in Belvidere, Illinois where our pastor, Jeremy Weary, serves. Anchor Baptist Missions International under the leadership of Pastor Randy Barton at Anchor Baptist Church in Pisgah Forest, North Carolina serves as our missionary board. Other caring individuals also assisted through buying my books above the cost of production or sending investment dollars through Paypal as friends/family.

Six Month Report July through December 2024
Dear Friends and Partners in Ministry
The Lord has graciously given me 37 local church meetings this calendar year in the United States and seven other countries and the blessings have been simply marvelous! In July I reported on the first six months and now would like to give you an update on God’s response to your prayers and financial support July through December.
Dianne was able to travel with me to most of our opportunities in church services, camps, retreats, church plants, conferences and colleges these final two quarters of the year for which we are both very thankful. The cost of travel by car is significantly less than airline transportation and our dear friend, Pam Finch, teaches and cares for our 36 year old handicapped daughter, Janelle, for many of these assignments, for which we are extremely grateful.
Conferences in Iowa and Michigan and Wisconsin wrapped up our summer and the themes included “Preparing for Marriage”; and “The Restoration of Adam and Eve” as well as revival principles from “The Fifty Day Transformation of The Eleven”. Many decisions were made and several called upon the name of the Lord to be saved. Praise the Lord!
September and October took us to South Dakota, Canada, New York, Michigan and Puerto Rico. Among the messages God gave me I found significant liberty expounding Luke 24 including messages on the “Burning Heart Bible Study” that the Lord Jesus led in behalf of Cleopas and an unnamed individual journeying from Jerusalem to Emmaus. Restoration as taught in Galatians 6 and illustrated throughout Scripture blended well with a book I wrote several years ago entitled, “Radical Restoration”. Tenderhearted saints expressed their appreciation and the reports I have heard have been encouraging.
November and December include preparing people to meet God through preaching and teaching and counselling from the Bible in Ohio, Tennessee and Illinois. Next week we will be in Indiana and then to Missouri. Christmas will find us here at home, the Lord willing, and the year will be completed, if Jesus hasn’t returned, with an opportunity to minister to the dear brethren in our sending church.
