                    &lt;p&gt;In 2008, Russell Reynolds Associates, in conjunction with researchers at  The University of Western Ontario’s King’s University College and  Richard Ivey School of Business, studied the career trajectories of the  CEOs of the 100 largest publicly held companies in Canada. This survey, &lt;em&gt;A World of Experience—A Board Perspective on CEO Succession  in the Global Era&lt;/em&gt;, builds on that earlier study, expanding it to include  Australia and examining the perspective of board members on the issue  of international work experience, the priority they place on it and how  that priority has been translated into the CEO succession process.&lt;/p&gt;        &lt;/div&gt;
