										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Philadelphia-based sales culture expert and keynote speaker Todd Cohen has completed a series of &#8220;virtual sales team&#8221; training videos for <a title="Crockett Facilities Services website" href="http://www.crockett-facilities.com/index.php" target="_blank">Crockett Facilities Services</a>, a mechanical and HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) contractor providing facility management, operations and maintenance, and HVAC services to government and commercial customers in eight states, including Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C,, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. Crockett&#8217;s vice president, Mark Crockett, (pictured) also appears in the videos to underscore important elements of the training for his team.</p>

<p>Cohen provided live in-house workshops on sales culture for the management and leadership team at Crockett, but to reach the entire workforce with practical training on becoming more effective as a virtual sales team, Cohen and Crockett engaged the Professional Podcasts Division of the Lubetkin Media Companies to produce video versions of the custom training program for distribution over Crockett&#8217;s SharePoint internal communications platform.</p>
<p>The video training program enables Crockett to roll out the important sales culture messages to its widely dispersed workforce without the expense and logistical challenge of bringing employees to an offsite meeting far from their work locations.</p>

<p>The training program, which is proprietary to Crockett, consists of five video modules and workbook exercises developed by Cohen to emphasize the key practices critical to effective sales culture.</p>
<p>Professional Podcasts produced the videos on location in Baltimore and Bowie, MD, and also created a custom video montage introduction for the video series using images supplied by Crockett.</p>

<p>CHERRY HILL, NJ – September 23, 2009 – Professional Podcasts LLC, the award-winning audio and video production subsidiary of Lubetkin Communications LLC, has produced an online electronic learning (e-Learning) program for Philadelphia-based sales culture expert Todd Cohen.</p>
<p>The program, accessible from Cohen’s website (www.toddcohen.com), is a 45-minute training course entitled “Essential Selling Skills,” available free to sales professionals who register at the site.</p>
<p>The multimedia program uses slides and synchronized audio and video commentary by Cohen to describe the important skills required for high-powered success in professional sales leadership positions, and focuses on the important responsibility of creating an effective sales culture in the sales professional’s organization.</p>
<p>“Sales culture is one of the most important elements of a successful sales organization, yet many companies don’t fully understand how critical it is to properly train both sales professionals and other personnel in how to create a collaborative sales culture in which everyone works for the ultimate good of the client,” said Cohen, a nationally recognized sales culture expert and consultant in creating winning sales cultures. “By offering this Essential Selling Skills course online, I’m hoping that we will get sales professionals to start thinking seriously about how to integrate effective sales culture creation into their organizations. <p>Mr. Tilden earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University in 1975 and his MBA from the University of Chicago in 1982.</p>
