I met up with Jon Myers, Head of Search for MediaVest, at a recent Online Marketing Show in London. Jon has been involved in Search for almost 10 years and and has seen the industry grow dramatically during that time.

I chatted to Jon about his background and current role ( he runs a team of twenty three search people!) plus I also asked him to offer some advice for people considering a job or career move into the search engine industry. However, some job seekers have never used a Recruitment Consultancy before and are unsure about the process and how to maximise their chances of success.

I recently interviewed Lucy Simpson, Manager of Digital Media at Major Players, a London based Digital Recruitment Agency.

I was at the Search Marketing Expo event in London yesterday, which is the first event that Chris Sherman and Danny Sullivan have hosted in the UK since they started SearchEngineLand.
