Someone once told me, "They won't believe you until they see it from you." It took some time for this notion to make an imprint on my soul, but I eventually began to believe it. The words we allow to penetrate our soul, especially those from others, can shape our beliefs. One day, I woke up with a revelation: "They don't need to see it, I do."

Who cares what others see? I no longer care because even if they see it, they might not believe it. Most people are swayed by others' opinions, societal dictates, and false beliefs without questioning their origin. These influences often hinder personal growth and the pursuit of dreams.

To hold sacred space within yourself and your dreams, you need audacity, tenacity, and a bit of fearlessness.

The Journey from Childhood Imagination to Adult Reality

As children, we were filled with delight listening to fairy tales, believing in the triumph of heroes and heroines. We never doubted that they would save their magical kingdoms and live "happily ever after." However, as we grew up, we were told to abandon our imaginative play and focus on "mature" decisions. We left our teddy bears and imaginary friends behind, storing them away with our childhood dreams.

Over the years, life's experiences often make us jaded, numb, and disconnected from our child-like wonder. Our hopes and dreams become distant memories, buried under daily stress and obligations.

When combined with other universal laws, daydreaming, visualization, and imagination can speed up the process of attraction.

The secret to success lies in visualizing your life as if you are watching it on a movie screen. This activates specific areas of your brain. Envision your new life, detailing how you want it to be, and allow the sensation of happiness and joy to sweep over you. Believe in your heart that this vision is true.

The path of the Sacred Feminine has been an uphill climb, filled with healing, overcoming past life karma, ancestral wounds, and breaking through relationship and financial cycles. It is time now to step into her ever-loving flow. Open your heart and lift your chest to the sky, take a nice deep breath, and allow the abundance of her Golden Grace to carry you. She is the Holy Spirit, the Shekinah, and the Divine Mother of Creation.

Greetings Beautiful Soul,

Welcome in! Today, right where you are, no matter where point you are beginning. You are at the Point of Departure! Leaving the old version of you behind. You are healing and clearing so many things to access new vibrations. I’ll come back to that because healing those things is vital to manifesting the new beginning, right?

Today, I want to talk about vision. Vision is a gift sent to inspire you, and as women (and men), the energy of your vision drives your motivation, actions, behavior, mindset, and feelings. This gives us a sense of purpose for our lives. We need this as women because so much of the world defines us without asking if we care about their opinions. So, for a woman, at least for me, for example, I am driven by never wanting another human (my lover) to EVER take care of me financially. In actuality, he makes more money than me, but I need to be able to support myself even if his money is doing that; it isn’t what drives me to be successful. It’s a component. So, the vision has to be something broader in scope. Something that provides fulfillment, joy, bliss, and something that lights up your heart and soul.

It is here that true vision is born, inspiration and purpose collide together, they are the derivative of the same soul contract energy you are destined to become.

So, here’s today’s channeled message from the Akashic Records:

We know you seek to have a meaningful purpose. Utilizing your many gifts and talents, you have the capacity to create your world. We know there are things you wish to accomplish, obtain, and manifest. Perhaps even so many things that at times you may feel as though you are attempting too much or that you are reaching too high. This is your fear talking. Your wounds walking. You have not integrated the karmic lessons of wisdom yet, so we are giving you a vision. Vision is the unifying event that draws you closer to purpose. Even when you do not see it or the possibility of how your gifts, talents, and skills weave together with your desires into one big master vision. Yet, you can not create it without love. Love is its creative wisdom. It is the center of all intelligence. It is the primary directive of your existence to return to your original design as a divine being of love. In this way, it is I, Source. The Universe who becomes your co-creative force. Placing together all the details.

I heard this this morning during a client session. i was moved to face down some fears I am currently working through. Yet, I had another session where my client faced the same fear. As divine feminine rises, we face new realities, and our fears of self-expression and financial stability can keep us in place. I am the essence of a woman who knows we have the right to have it all. The dream. Your dream, from your visions. The big picture of happiness, success, and love. Oh, let’s not forget about sex.

Honestly, you won’t know if it is possible until you step towards it.

Vision is the “top of the mountain.” It’s not uncertainty. It’s clear. It is a very uplifting and expansion of life as you know it. So, your mind may wonder, attempting to determine if it can be a reality, a fantasy, or if you are kidding yourself. The simple truth is you don’t know how things will turn out. When did we ever know that about anything? we had visions and desires, so we went for it! Love and relationships, we jumped in. Relocating, we moved. New jobs, we said yes! Meeting new friends, we had fun! We desired the best in each of those moments. Sometimes, they worked out as desired, and other times, they didn’t. So the simple truth is we have to allow them to unfold and, while doing so, heal the limiting beliefs, heal and clear our doubts and fears so that there is more new frequency feeding the vibrations and not old, past belief statements. we have to heal our feelings and memories of the past with healthy new reframes and stop the self-effacing internal dialogue. This is manifesting, too, within the actualization of our desires.

Maybe you have a particular vision, and you are seeking to develop beyond what is in the scope of your mind. Vision is not a feeling but it can be. It may not be a yearning for some, but to others, it will be. Mostly, it’s an inner knowing. For me, it is a burning driving force of energy that propels me; it makes it appear to others that I am fearless. Indeed, I am but the truth is, I’m facing down my fears as I go. So, I slay all day, the dragons that creep into the corners of my mind and create doubt.

Today, if your vision, dreams, and desires have been on the back burner, bring them gently forward. Maybe you’ve been waiting for the right time or season. This is a message from the Source; today is your day!

Standing Your Ground is something very sacred. It isn't about fighting for your rights, arguing with others, violence or suffering. When we stand our ground in the sacredness of our Soul, there is peace because there is nothing to prove. You are the living glory as Divine to walk, live and create an abundant flow. And when, the things, people, and places you choose create blockages to your happiness, joy, peace, and love. Then it is time to look within yourself to see what your Soul is trying to teach you.

Resistance, denial, avoidance and running only prolong our journey to healing the fragmented pieces of Soul we are seeking to retrieve. So, fighting to retrieve our soul, when we are the ones responsible for giving it away only creates more pain. We've all felt helpless like life was blowing us around on it's every whim. Or we've believed that these are the way things just are and will always be for us so it is pointless to change them. But, we long for happiness. We crave for a different version. This is hope. That little voice saying, 'You deserve something better!"

So, it must be so or our Soul won't keep urging us to move, change, act or grow. How do you Stand Your Ground when you seem so deeply entrenched in the thick of the worse of it. This is one of the biggest elements of our Mind Engineering Consciousness Coaching. Standing Your Ground when you as staring at shaking ground seems impossible.

In the first phase of our Coaching Session, we intentionally focus on your dreams, your desires, and what you truly deserve to manifest in your life. We begin shifting your belief system from the old mindset you had responsibility for creating your current reality to the one you want to create.

Phase 1 - MIND ENGINEERING COACH

#1 Take ownership of where you stand and then forgive yourself for the creation of it. Yup, even if the people in your life are hurting you and causing you pain, you created it so forgive them too. You choose it to teach yourself to make a different choice, heal some karma and grow into the infinite being you were sent to Earth to become. In the session, we cut these cords and begin re-wiring your new thoughts with you as we begin to re-write your Soul Contract from the Akashic Records.

#2 Look into each of the situations in your current reality, happening right now and then determine which beliefs you spoke and feelings you strongly hold onto that created these manifestations. So, again learning your responsibility level and finding where the source is from inside you is critical. In the session, we use a variety of healing modalities to allow your feelings to safely bubble up to your conscious awareness and then eradicate them as we rest the vibrational pattern of your energy.

#3 Now ask yourself, "Am I prepared to hold onto these beliefs at the risk of my happiness and joy?" "Who am I without worry, stress, and fear?" "By keeping these beliefs who am I pleasing?" "When did I learn these beliefs and accept them as my own?" Standing Your Ground is something very sacred. It isn't about fighting for your rights, arguing with others, violence or suffering. When we stand our ground in the sacredness of our Soul, there is peace because there is nothing to prove. You are the living glory as Divine to walk, live and create an abundant flow. And when, the things, people, and places you choose create blockages to your happiness, joy, peace, and love. Then it is time to look within yourself to see what your Soul is trying to teach you.

Resistance, denial, avoidance and running only prolong our journey to healing the fragmented pieces of Soul we are seeking to retrieve. So, fighting to retrieve our soul, when we are the ones responsible for giving it away only creates more pain. We've all felt helpless like life was blowing us around on it's every whim. Or we've believed that these are the way things just are and will always be for us so it is pointless to change them. But, we long for happiness. We crave for a different version. This is hope. That little voice saying, 'You deserve something better!"

So, it must be so or our Soul won't keep urging us to move, change, act or grow. How do you Stand Your Ground when you seem so deeply entrenched in the thick of the worse of it. This is one of the biggest elements of our Mind Engineering Consciousness Coaching. Standing Your Ground when you as staring at shaking ground seems impossible.

In the first phase of our Coaching Session, we intentionally focus on your dreams, your desires, and what you truly deserve to manifest in your life. We begin shifting your belief system from the old mindset you had responsibility for creating your current reality to the one you want to create.

Phase 1 - MIND ENGINEERING COACH

#1 Take ownership of where you stand and then forgive yourself for the creation of it. Yup, even if the people in your life are hurting you and causing you pain, you created it so forgive them too. You choose it to teach yourself to make a different choice, heal some karma and grow into the infinite being you were sent to Earth to become. In the session, we cut these cords and begin re-wiring your new thoughts with you as we begin to re-write your Soul Contract from the Akashic Records.

#2 Look into each of the situations in your current reality, happening right now and then determine which beliefs you spoke and feelings you strongly hold onto that created these manifestations. So, again learning your responsibility level and finding where the source is from inside you is critical. In the session, we use a variety of healing modalities to allow your feelings to safely bubble up to your conscious awareness and then eradicate them as we rest the vibrational pattern of your energy.

#3 Now ask yourself, "Am I prepared to hold onto these beliefs at the risk of my happiness and joy?" "Who am I without worry, stress, and fear?" "By keeping these beliefs who am I pleasing?" "When did I learn these beliefs and accept them as my own?" "What are my beliefs about money, love, relationships, family, travel, living the life I want, going back to school and etc. In a session, we do a guided meditation with you to begin clarifying your desires and dreams in your mind just like your old memories. You'll now be able to pull forward new feelings and your new beliefs as though they are already here.

#4 Standing Your Ground is daring to change, let go of and release all the things inside of your mind, heart, and body as energy. Standing Your Ground is your commitment to yourself. The biggest untold secret about the inspiration to dream is you must have a singular belief in it. Oh my bad, not so much a secret! But, I forgot to say that the belief must not be in the dream but the executor of the dream.

Our dreams are an extension of who we are as are all things e manifest. But, there something special about our dreams and goals, they are attached to an emotional aspect or an expression of ourselves. So then it would stand to reason that if we desire to be married, aim for a career, build a business, clear our credit, buy a home or go on vacation we most believe we can. Butt, what if the dream is bigger than you? What if you are in doubt you are capable of fulfilling it, what then? Do you stop dreaming? Give up? Pretend to be okay with the status quo? Remain in stagnant relationships and friendships keeping us from living in wholeness. Should we dim our light, absolutely not!

Our dreams and so deeply connected to us, in such a way that they are us and, I've learned that when giving up on something you are passionate about, something only you were born to do or a vision only you can create there is no way the Universe will allow you not to fulfill it. Have you ever felt like your life was being moved and shaped around you?

#1 DOUBLE-DARE YOURSELF TO START WITH A CLEAN SLATE

In order, to get to the dream we have to clear the blockages. Those emotional and mental roadblocks, those detours that keep side-tracking us from the thing we must desire. It's an inside out transformation. When we stop believing the excuses as well as making them, then we can come to the place where we can release those things may they be old beliefs, past hurts, unforgiveness or memories of previous failures looming over our little heads. We have to double-dare them to stop us. We must then begin excavating those boulders, bricks, and shackles that are keeping us locked, fixed and stuck in place.

Any and or all of these can be living within us on a subconscious level or we have intentionally created an environment to show us what we are to heal. Those are the hardest parts for our Soul to see. So, this is yet another place for us to double-dare ourselves be seeking constant awareness and be willing to address it as our soul is willing to see and examine that which is holding us back.

#2 DOUBLE-DARE YOURSELF TO STAND YOUR GROUND

The biggest double-dare of them all is to walk through the fire of the illusion of life as it is into believing that you along with the Universe are setting in motion a new version of yourself and your dream at the same time. This means you have to maintain the resonance and frequency of creation until it becomes an actual manifestation. Now, this can be tricky when your finances are not substantial or when your marriage is falling apart or when you feel like the world is crumbling down around you or when to can't see the light at the end of the tunnel. This means detaching from the outcome as well as knowing it already is because you are.

#3 DOUBLE-DARE YOURSELF TO BE ENBOLDED

Dare yourself not to be swayed, by the shifting of tides to action or emotion, employ your spiritual tool kit and follow your Guides, intuition or your Coach. Double yourself not to make any false moves, the past is behind you, as you expand into new states of consciousness from anger to joy and from unforgiveness to love you must live and dwell also in this place. Thereby ensuring your actions, emotions and thoughts remain in-line with your intentions.

This is the year to pull out all the stops! Go Big or Go OM neither these can go wrong.

This really should be called how to manifest anything you want but, we must first start with the understanding of "a vibe". Our society has since shortened the word, vibration. But, it's really important not to, at least in this case. The reason we need to understand the difference, at least for the moment, is that vibrations from within us are so powerful that it is creations or rather manifest. So, if our vibration is not resonating strong enough, we won't receive the intended outcomes we so deeply desire.

So, I have a few hacks that I use to keep me focused on maintaining that "vibe" long enough to see what I have intended to come into fruition. Honestly, it doesn't take long but the key is that it requires us to be in full alignment.

1. Detach from the outcome: letting go over the control of when, where, how and why of it all. Just know that even the impossible will become a reality and that the Universe will make bigger and better than you imagined it. Trying to control, only stops and blocks the flow of realizing into the present what you desire, so it's best to just let it go and let the Universe work out the details.

2. Raise your vibration: Hold gratitude, perform random acts of kindness or give. These two alone have moved mountains in my life. Just being thankful for all the loving people in my life, family and friends. Just having gratitude for my health, my life and the things I already possess shifts the Universe's attention towards you. But, top that off with giving! (#1 &#2 These alone are the hat trick.)

3. Knowingness: this one is so important because we go back and forth in our minds, constantly. Let me give you a classic example: Feeling lonely or desiring to be in a relationship but them turning around and saying. "I'm never gonna let anyone hurt me." or "I don't have time for a relationship." It is these types of influxes in our desires that breakdown the vibrational of manifestation we are attempting to attract into our lives.

4. Meditation: This practice is one to live by. It takes a while to develop once you commit but well worth the liberation and clarity it brings. There are so many different ways in which we can meditate. Nature walks, listening to music, cleaning our home but the most direct way is to sit in silence. Sure, your mind will wander, but reset yourself to stillness and hold it. Just breathe. Build yourself up to 20 minutes twice a day, but do it.

5. Bonus round: Crystals. Yes, keep at your desk at work. Wear em. Put em in your pocket. But crystals will help you sustain your vibration.

Our internal vibe is the magical ingredient to manifesting. When we find our thoughts and emotions get carried away our vibration swings with the thought or the emotion. It's best to clear those as they arise.

When we clear and release those old patterns of thinking and feeling we can maintain our vibrations much longer and start reaping the benefits of our creations much quicker.
