We’re back with more of Peggy and Erik’s gorgeous Sonoma wedding by A Savvy Event! If you haven’t seen the first installment of this amazing event, go check out their dreamy “getting ready” photos and emotional ceremony. Their wedding is all romance, with ethereal creams and whites, playful pinks, deep browns, and pops of purple and green.
Both Peggy and Erik are obsessed with their puppies! They had to make them a special part of their big day. We’ve seen more and more pets incorporated into weddings; unless you have an unruly furry friend, we say go ahead! We like the personal touch a pet adds to such a formal event.
Aren’t these guys precious? They were extremely well behaved, and seemed to enjoy the attention!
We couldn’t get enough of the yummy light at Anderson Ranch; the rustic setting was the perfect backdrop for this romantic duo!
Peggy said she saw our work first on Ruffled,the Dawn Ranch Wedding, and fell in love. “The shots made the wedding look so magical. I really loved it and that is what I wanted for my wedding. I didn’t want to be so posed, or over the top – I wanted it to be like someone was photographing me secretly while I was having the best themed party ever.”
This feels like a moment out of time – they could be lovers from any era. We just love these two!
Sometimes it’s the smallest moments that are our favorite.
So many amazing places to pose around Anderson Ranch! It’s rural and rustic, but not completely overgrown; such a fabulous venue! “I love all the antiques, and being that they come from France I wanted to really incorporate as much of that feel [into the wedding] as possible. A lot of my wedding has been themed around the Ranch being vintage France.” We can see all the beautiful old-world France inspiration! C’est magnifique!
